This seventeenth century building was originally a mill, which housed a bread ice factory for merchants, individuals and brewers in the region. Production stopped completely in 1989. After more than 2 years of renovations, the building was transformed in a luxury hotel.... The turbines are still partially visible in the hotel.... The Petite France district is officially UNESCO world heritage since 1988.
