In summer, enjoy the terrace at the waterfront. On the menu: Chef Cedric Kallenbach’s goose liver and Pinot Gris jelly..., Pikeperch chops with chorizo on a 4-grain couscous, seared fillet of Monkfish on a small dish of artichokes and mushrooms or seared veal Grenada.

Our chef, Cédric Kallenbach, began his career in famous restaurants, such as "l’Auberge de Ill" à Illhaeusern, the Maison Pic in Valence or still in a Relais & Châteaux in Toronto. Since 1999 he is behind the stoves of the Regent Petite France and proposes a creative cuisine with a note of our local flavors.

The breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 to 10:30 in our beautiful seventies style lounge. In compliance with Alsatian tradition, the breakfast offers a large choice of products and may of course be served in your room upon request (continental).
